Cranfold were appointed to complete this remarkable home in the Surrey Hills — a project that featured on Grand Designs. Beautifully conceived and designed by Pep and Malene, the house is a modern interpretation of a Viking Hall, inspired by their shared love of Scandinavian design and Malene’s Danish heritage.
We were asked to take over the build under very sad circumstances, following Pep’s passing. With great care and sensitivity, we brought together our trusted team of operatives and subcontractors to complete the home to the highest possible standard.
It was an honour to help realise the couple’s vision — a home built with love, creativity, and meaning, and a lasting tribute to Pep’s dream.
