Exeter House, Cranleigh

A conversion providing a selection of four, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments situated in the centre of the village.

 

Previously an outdated car garage, Cranfold obtained planning permission for the demolition and construction of a terrace of 4, four bedroom houses as well as a one bedroom and two bedroom flat.

West Cottage is a 16th century, Grade II Listed barn. Cranfold undertook the refurbishment on behalf of the client providing a new kitchen, bathroom and improved finishes throughout whilst maintaining the properties original quirks and charm.

Jasmine comprises of a total refurbishment, with a brand new first floor boasting views over Elstead cricket and recreation grounds.

The Workshop is situated in the prime location of Cranleigh Common. Previously a cobblers, then the local bookshop but in more recent years it has laid dormant. Cranfold have taken on this small but unique project to provide our client with a cosy, one bedroom house of the highest quality.
